To his mother, he was Jimmy. To his friends, he was Jim. To his wife, he was Stanley. To his children, he was Dad. To his grandchildren he was Pops. To those that were lucky enough to be on his team, he was Coach Hogan.

The Jim Hogan Memorial Foundation was created with one goal in mind; to continue Jim’s Legacy through fundraising for charities and causes that align with Jim’s lifelong passions. This year in addition to Dick’s Sporting Goods Foundation, Sports Matter we are proud to partner with Good Sports, a national nonprofit driving equitable access in youth sports by providing brand-new equipment, apparel and footwear from sporting goods companies to youth organizations in high-need communities. Our partnership ensures more children in need will have the chance to experience the mental, physical, social and emotional benefits of play. Through this partnership we hope to raise funds that can be directed towards disadvantaged communities to give each child the chance to start their athletic life from the same starting line.
